Civil case local commissioner not filling report to court

Dear All

In my civil case we are respontent, plantiff has filled the contempt of court on us after court make the status qua on the site and honable court has appoint the local commissioner to survey the site in the interest of justice, but after one year passed away local commissioner not given any notice to us or till now not visit to site.

Every time court is say waiting to LC report.

Kindly help and advice me on the same

U pressit in court that commissioner has not executing court orders & so to appoint another one.

You should address to court and press for the presence of commissioner in the court and demand the explainantion.

You are waiting for notice from the commissioner from one year! ! Just make the written application for change of commisioner and state ithe you lost faith in the appointed commissioner .

It is already too delayed.

Sir,

It is not possible court can remove the commissioner becouse, he has not done after one year and plaintiff is not doing any things or they have not paid any fee.

this is totally fake case. becouse we have adhere the court order and propert on status qua, and we have not make any construction on that.

Plaintiff know that's why they are not paying fee and commissioner is not comming for inspection.

please advice.
