there is a person who exploit the helpless persons who are in trouble due to court cases.he takes thier benifit by taking them into confidence and get execute their POA in his favour and sell thier lands without their consent and knowledge.
i think this time he has lot of POA of people .
what action can be taken agaisnt him if a person has a record of having number of power autorneys in his favour?
