Land purchase Agreement Registered.

Sir,. 6 Gunta land purchase agreement REGISTERED in Sub-Registrar - In Karnataka.To construct a Godown for A LPG Dealership.But the company asking Sale deed. Where it has to considerable as sale deed as we will go to Tittle Deed/Purchase Deed,in due course.And submit the Sale-Deed.for the said land. My question is, is there any weightage of Purchase Agreement Registration in Sub-Registrar, by paying some fees to govt. Please Clarify and sugest. Thanking you.

It is not your or our assumptions that can satisfy the PSU, and you have to do that in accordance with their laid down norms and enter into lease with them. Agreement to sell is different from title sale deed.
