Adverse remarks in Apar

Sir, I work in a central government organization and i was given adverse remark in Apar leading to poor rating of my Apar. This is my first Apar since I joined this service.

I was Never issued any warning by office prior only a show cause notice was issued which was fabricated by senior cuzz of his personal malefide intension against me.

Kindly guide me, is there any chase of change in Apar if i represent?

You can send appeal when it is communicated to yoy officially.

Yes, you can represent if the assessment is not objective and/or fair.. You can approach the Central Administrative Tribunal if the representation is not properly considered.
