In my village there is a person belongs to SC category. A group of women harrasing him with abusive language and even threatened to beat.
Since they are women this poor person can't do anything. I want to help him. I am afraid police will listen to women if they file false allegations like outrage of a women's modesty.
I am help less. can any one please guide me to helps those poor guy. how to files a FIR under SC ST act. does this act supercede women protection act.
