Tabligi Jamat issue

Dear,

One Tabligi Jamat from Maharashtra ( Thane ) started on 16th and reached Hyderabad on 17th March before lockdown. Soon after reaching Hyderabad an information given to intelligence department as per regular practice. All sudden lockdown took place. Yesterday police came and found that we have Jamat. Police asked for Covid-19 test that happened yesterday report not yet received. I'm sure that all 8 members of Jamat will have negative report.

Now the question is whether any legal action will be institute against Masjid committee. Because we have not informed to police that we have a Jamat.

Note: This Jamat never visit Delhi but met with one person who return from Delhi and he has undergone the Covid-19 test and resulted negative.

There was an announcement from authorities that who ever return from Delhi Markaz they have to inform to officials as this Jamat is no where concern with Delhi that is what we have not given any information to police.

One police SI said that case will be booked against you as you have not informed that you have a Jamat. You kept this Jamat secretly.

please give your valuable feedback.

Since you did not attend the Delhi jamat the orders passed by authorities are inapplicable in your case, however, it is better to inform local police qua the jamat.

No FIR has so far been registered, therefore, no case is there against you / your jamat.

It is advisable to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.

Admittedly, you have not been summoned to the Police Station for investigation or to the Court for trial. As scuh, there is nothing for you to be concerned,
