Contract

A contracts to let his ship to B for a year, from the first of January, for a certain price. Freights rise, and, on the first of January, the hire obtainable for the ship is higher than the contract price. A breaks his promise. He must pay to B, by way of compensation, a sum equal to the difference between the contract price and the price for which B could hire a similar ship for a year on and form the first January. Decide the situation between the contractual parties under Law of contract.

This forum is solely meant for the academic discussions. You can very well post your queries with free mind but your similar query has already been attended on today and thus there is no requirement to repeat.

It is my considered opinion that the integrity of this platform does not entitle the experts to probe the caste or community of the querists.

some alleged exeperts are Home Sick, thereby fluanting their frustration ;; we are here to respecte everypne irrespective of cast, creed, color, religion, or faith. Needless to mention the lockdown effect is visible from some fickle minded persons, fear  about their family memebrs what wruth they are facing.....smiley

I am surprised to read the comments of two experts who have shown their so-called 'expertise' to write whatever they want on this public platform without understanding the purpose to ask a question from a national of our neighbour country. The purpose to ask the identity of the author was only to connect with him. As our family has migrated from Lahore post partition of country so the question was related to that background. If he is Muhajir then he and his parents miight not be having knowledge of original residents of that locality and if he is Punjabi means resident of that are then subsequent personal questions might have been put to him.

There is nothing here to insult or insecurity in lockdown period or any other Bakwas which has been written by one of the Bhatki Huee Aatma.

If so, a personal message could have been sent. It is totally unacceptable that probing of the identity of the authors based on caste or community basis is part of the 'expertise'.

Stay home stay safe...trying to wash what is already a dent. The query has no relevance at all with suggestion by Genius expert..This is forum where humble and humanly attitude is expected .
