Wha do you mean by "land puchased by governmrnt for collage purpose but my great grand father die early edge my great grand fathers brother has total power his hand the the Governmrnt give money  to my great  grandfathers Brother name becuse my Grandfather was minor age leter 1962 an Agriculture land situated in Dhule Maharashtra  it was purchased  by my great grandfathers mothers name in the year 1962" The facts, as posted, lacks clarity.

Please post simple facts esp. as to the acquisition ( or was it a purchase by Government) of the land the subsequent purchase of another property (as I Could make out, correct me if I am wrong). Does the purchase deed mention that the property was purchased out of the compensation received for the land acquired for the purpose of the college?

You can never get precise guidance and practical guidance on complicated issues.  Always trust a local advocate and explore possibilities.

But the question is, how you can get complete guidance from a local advocate esp. on subjects like land laws (not transfer of property) and service matters which are not part of the syllabus for LLB Course and even those who claim expertise or specialisation never bother for the basic concepts?

For litigation the limitation is 12 years.

Vague and confusing facts. It is better to consult a local lawyer.
