If there is a fight between A and B, A got provoked and stabbed B in stomach once and run away, then B does not take any medical help and thought it will cure itself, and does not even accuse B officially, but
then after few days he succumbed to injury.
what would be the answer...state by citing a caselaw.
P.S. I really need to know this answer...please help me.
