Tribal land

Can a tribal woman owning tribal land in her name in Andhra Pradesh transfer by way of gift deed or bequeath her property by way of Will to another tribal lady belonging to the state of Jharkhand ?

only with permission from DM or BCW......ask the registrar of your state.
