A person having a learning license is not expected to drive himself without a valid license holder. Please go through the conditions stated in LL or in the website. It is a traffic offense and the traffic challan also states such rule/clause. If you have any further doubts, please file RTI application with a fee of Rs.10/-postal order to the State Public Information Officer, RTO that issued LL. Information solicited: Please provide a copy of rules and regulations that must be followed by the holder of the learning license.

See the reply given by Mr. G L N Prasad. He has clearly stated that to drive a vehicle with LL License without a valid license holder or a trainer by his side is offence. You will be violating conditions of LL and the same is liable to be withdrawn / cancelled. As a learner it is not safe for you to do so.
