Court fee for permanent injunction?..declaration of title??

Sir/Madam On what basis court fee calculation depends? permanent injunction fee, declaration of title fee same? both are different? I am going to a permanent injunction suit, that goes to Jr principle court, but i want to go it for Sr civil court, how to go??

Permanent injunction and declaration both are different fees , declaration court fees is based on market value of the property and court jurisdiction is also based on market value in the declaration suit but for permanent injunction it is junior court
