My college has signed me an affidavit stating that i have to pay full fees of entire course and now I want to cancel my admission after 1st sem. Can i do so? One more thing, that the affidavit was notarized and then submitted. Then also it will not enforceable in court?

This is a repeated query. I have already replied on the following lines '
"UGC has issued binding instruactions in this context . Please see the attached file. In llight of the said instructions the affidvit taken from is not enforeable."

Sorry sir but i was just confirming that the affidavit was notarized and still it will not enforceable.

If so, you should have continued under the same thread.
Anyhow, it makes no difference that the affidavit was notarised.
