Management committtee is not an authority to allow such things in the CHS.

This is a major decision affecting the interests of all the members of the association/society.

There should be an approval through a resolutiuon passed by majority members in a special or general meeting of the association.

you along with other like minded members can raise this issue with the association secetary/president and object to this practice, if they do not agree or decline to acede your request, you can send a representation to the registrar of cooperative societies objecting this practice and to direct rthe association to remove such irregularities .

If the registrar is also not cooperating then you can make a complaint to the local civic body about this and look for solution.

The watchman or his family does not acquire any rights or title in the accomodation provided by the Society. The General body is certainly entitled to revisit the decision of the MC. However, the practical implications of unsettling a settled matter needs to be considered dispassionately.
