X family is facing an conflict with electricity provider company. X have two stories house in urban area . They have due in bill payment arround 10000 . As they are unemployed thus able to pay part payment. Every month electricity provider came and give threat to cut the connection later within 30 min they cut connection (all family are forced to live in dark without light for 2 days) without no any prior written notice served and when asked about of department to cut connection but they did no shown any order or documents. Now the party wants to file an petition against electricity provider company. Now they want to know on what ground can he file case and for what he can demand in court . Or he do not have any legal right to file case in such issues.
