Maintenance after mutual divorce

No after mutual divorce having received full and final settlement cannot claim maintenanace

She cannot claim maintenance amount in future by any provisions of law when she has given an undertaking that she will not claim maintenance amount in future in the mutual consent divorce petition. 

Was the mutual divorce based on the decree of the court? If so, what are the grounds urged in seeking maintenanace?

In most cases, if your ex-wife has signed a mutual divorce petition stating that the maintenance amount is full and final, she generally cannot claim maintenance later under Section 125 of the CRPC. The mutual agreement should ideally protect you from any further claims.
