Kaushal Mani Tripathi , where he received a compensation of 20lakh .
where can i find the copy of jugement ?
i have also visited https://scdrc.up.nic.in/imp_decisions.htm but cannot find the copy of judgement

@r.k nanda , sir local lawer does not have the the judgement nor they know about it .
i am from bihar , and looking for judgement passed in up .
the website does not have the required judgement , i searched google ,
and i am representing my case by myself . hence i need it .

You may refer to CPR if the case judgement was reported for that you may visit a local consumer court from where you will get the journal from their library.
