Copyright / data theft

Hi we had our ex employee steal our project pictures and customer database and shared it to another company. The said company has posted pictures of our completed projects on their website and has also contacted our customers for rendering business. We suspect that the ex employees have joined there for work. Please suggest what best can be done for this

Do u have any evidence that employee had stolen that data? If so then contact to ur local lawyear.

Yes we do as the customers he contacted are our existing ones and they called and informed about our employee representing another company and when we checked the website of the other company they have our project pictures posted in their webpages. We realised this when one of our memory card was missing with those photographs
