Can somebody help me with the applicability of Copyright Act, when the service is being provided outside India, by an Indian national and being exploited in India?
Essentially i wish to determine the parameter of applicability of Copyright Act – Is it the nationality of the individual providing services; is it the territory of providing services or territory of exploitation.
Please help!
