You may file a recovery suit in the appropriate civil court for recovery of your fund.

Hi,

If you have not received any response for your legal notice even after waiting for a reasonable time, you may approach the hon'ble court for recovery suit. Your builder will be summoned and the procedure starts from there.. Please engage an advocate who is expert in the civil matters in your area for further process.

KINDLY NOTE THAT.

1. YOU MAY MENTION DETAILED FACTS AND ISSUE A LEGAL NOTICE TO THE SAID PERSON BY SPEED POST A.D./REGISTERED POST A.D.AND IF WITHIN NOTICE PERIOD THE OTHER SIDE IS NOT COMPLYING THEN YOU MAY FILE A CIVIL SUIT BY MENTIONING ALL FACTS AND GROUNDS AND PRAY AS DESIRED. KINDLY NOTE THAT FOR CIVIL SUIT COURT FEES ARE TO BE AFFIXED  AS PER VALUATION OF SUIT SO KINDLY CHECK WITH CONCERNED COURT AND THEN PROCEED.

GOOD LUCK.
