cost of making Will in Mumbai

Dear All I am planning to make a Will. The lawyer charges are rs 3000 per will. I think thats too high. Any suggestions what shoukd be the charges on an average. It is a simple will. Have one property going to 3 kids in equal division with 2 of them also bring the executor. I believe it is extortion. I will be grateful if someone let me know the charges.. Also can someone recommend a good lawyer in andheri mumbai for making a will Thanks
