I have filed a writ petition to quash the order given to the petitioner by the state government.
In the admission honourable judge asked gp to file counter affidavit by the repondants in a given date.(next admission date)petitioner affidavit copy was accepted by the respondant .
I want to know what will happen if the respondants does not file the counter affidavit in the court ordered date.(admission date)
What is the reason stated by the respondent qua non-filing of counter-affidavit ??
Whether the respondent has sought extension of time for filing of counter-affidavit ?
