Counter claim in money suit

In a money suit if i make a counter claim and pays the court fees and stamp duty for the same, i will become the plaintiff of  that suit, now is there any provision in which i can request court to ask the defendant to furnish the security of claimed amount?

Order 25 rule 1 of CPC is there in which security can be demanded from plaintiff, is there any CPC for defendant if so is there any limitation of amount?

Thanks

Abhishek

Under order 38 rule 5 of CPC wherein plaintiff can prey to court to attach the property of defendant before judgment.

Attachment before judgment

5. Where defendant may be called upon to furnish security for production of property.
