Counter fIR filed aginst my 138 NI

I had filed a case U/s 138 NI in Mumbai and further had made complaints to senior police officials U/s 406, 420 against an individual from Bangalore.

I had received a letter from Bangalore police that an FIR has been registered against me U/s 506, 384, 420,465 and 471 after the other party filed an application U/s 156(3) in court of ACMM Bangalore.

I have been asked to appear for investigation in bangalore.

what are the options in front of me???

1. Should i participate after taking Transit Bail?
2. Should i move a quashing petition in Karnataka HC?
3. Should i file an 340 in Bangalore High Court?
4. Can i register an FIR in Mumbai against these individuals?

kindly assist..

Regards..

What they had in there hand against you , clear this that what base they are following , if court had accepted the application u/s 156(3) there must be some solid reason , explain in detail first.

I have an cancelled agreement against which i was issued some cheques. The other party cannot deny that. The other party has not filed a case of theft of cheques as is clear from the sections but of Criminal Intimidation, Extortion and cheating.

Further more i had filed case u/s 138 over 4 months back and notices were sent to the other party but he never replied to the same. They are participating after summons were issued to them by the court. This FIR was filed after that.

I have records that i had made complaints to Court and Police months before the other party.

I do not have any other evidence or a copy of the FIR or 156(3) as i have just received a one line letter from Bangalore police to come to bangalore and participate..

Than you file bail application and join the investigation at Banglore , When you cancelled that agreement that why did not you took back the proceeding againt them.
