Court fee

Dear Sir,

Please let me know in DELHI the court fee for obtaining the 'succession certificate' of SHARES of Value Rs 12 Lacs.

In a landmark order, the HC Taxing Master ruled that legal heirs seeking transfer of a flat in a CHS after the death of the owner need to pay court fees on the value of the share in society and not the market value of the flat. So legal heir certificate fee is depend upon nature of flat, place of the property, value of the property etc.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for the reply. However the case is related to Company's SHARE- Tata Motors & not the house property. The value of the shares at time of filling case is approximate Rs. 12 Lacs.
