Court fee for partition suit when you are in joint possession will be around Rs.200/- if u r not in the Joint Possession than it may cost upto 3/4 of market value denomination as per different states?

Ex Rs.1,37,000

3/4 th market value is Rs 1,02,750

than your share either 1/2 or 1/3 or etc and calculate its value

if it is 1/2 share that for Rs 102750/2 =  51372

its denomiation is around Rs 1700-2000 in the state of A.P and Telangana

so the court fee will be the denomination value of that state.
