hi i won a preliminary decree n a civil suit on a vacant land purchase in tamilnadu in district court wherein the court had asked the seller to settle the land in my name after me paying out the balance amount. once i remit the amount n court/to seller, can i take over the land and fence and board the land using the preliminary decree. or do i need to wait during the appeal perid of 60 days? the seller,being a old lady, had filed a false complaint n me during my visit n the past for discussion when she backtracked to sell after getting 50% of amout ,so went to court ..can she do the same ? if I take police, will they support me if there is a appeal pending ?
