Covering an open terrace

Hi all 

I have an apartment with an open terrace. is it possible for me to cover it legally. I mean first I had put up a cement "patraa "(covering) but the municipal corporation removed it deeming it as illlegal.

Please help i have a family

Without Corporation permission u can not cover the terrace it's illegal construction.

Thank you for a prompt relpy.

I did some search and found this dogra comitte report . There is something of help to me on page 10. Does this apply to me also ? I live in a co-operative housing society.

My society is saying that they don't have the right to give that permission. Is it true or are they just playing with me ?

without society you can not move further.

First u give a application in society for illegal construction and then give a notice by Advocate then file a suit agianst society and member who has start / do illegal construction.
