CPF and EPF

service rule of my organisation (autonomous body) states that Contributory PF is applicable, but practically following EPF Act 1952. Is it in order, will it affect my retirement dues, what is this difference between these two. pl share expertise opinion.

Employees Of Autonomous Bodies Can't Claim Same Service Benefits As Government Employees : Supreme Court. The Supreme Court observed that the employees of the autonomous bodies cannot claim, as a matter of right, the same service benefits on par with the Government employees.
