Credibility of 100 rs stamp paper

Hi All,

I am entering into a agreement with a company for 11 months that they will give me data entry work for that period.. The agreement is on 100 rs stamp paper. I am paying an upfront amount of XX rs to them.

I want to know in case they do not pay me can I file a complaint or take the case to court based on the 100 rs stamp paper?

Agreement on hundred rupees non - judicial stamp paper has evidentary value in the court , to enforcible it from the court notrize it from notary advocate .

You are entering into an agreement on Rs. 100 stamp paper OK, but there are lot of fraudulant companies or people who take deposits and do not return and even timely payments are not done. Just to show the seriousness, it is done on stamp paper, but be careful of such cheaters asking for deposits, etc.
