My sincere request to help me in this matter.
I had availed a credit in 2001 and settelled in 2005. Now when I applied for Home Loan , the CIBIL report was showing a negative factor on this card which I was not aware till now. They are showing an outstanding which I can never pay. How get this resolved. I do not have any documents of proof.
