criminal case

My brother with the help of my mother, executed fake gift deed of our ancestors property by submitting forged, false and fake documents. I have reported this crime with supported documents, now police are showing helplessness. How to book these criminals? Forging BBMP endorsement, false affidavit of family tree, faking tax receipts is an cognizable offence? Please enlighten me.

You also have to file civil suit before it becomes tima barred.

If police is not registering FIR, contact to local lawyer for filing complaint before court u/sec 156(3) Cr.P.C ,court after hearing you pass appropriate order and direction to police to register FIR.
