I write this with a lot of pain in 2009 i applied for a usa visa , then i approached a consultancy they provided me with fake dicuments i was handed over to police by the consulate authorities <usa> , after a week the police caught the consultancy people , in may tis thing happened annd in august the police filed chargesheet , in the year 2011 the consultancy people brought stay order from high court and now the lower court is not making any action , i am a1 how can this will be solved,? please tell
