Criminal record evidence

Michael, a 25-year-old man, finds himself in legal trouble after being arrested for a series of
minor thefts. The evidence against him is strong, but the thefts involved low-value items,
making the charges relatively minor. Michael is overwhelmed by the legal process and
uncertain about his future. His lawyer informs him that the prosecutor has offered a plea
bargain, which would allow Michael to plead guilty to a lesser charge in exchange for a
reduced sentence. This would mean avoiding a potentially lengthy and costly trial. However,
Michael is torn about whether to accept the plea bargain or take his chances at trial, hoping
for a full acquittal What factors should Michael consider before agreeing to the plea bargain?
If he accepts, how might this decision impact his future, including his criminal record and
employment opportunities?

I'm not sure whether the lawyer engaged by  you is capable of conducting a trial and getting acquittal. If he pleads guilty, certainly it will affect his career.
