i want to know what are the stages in which court procced from start to end in criminal case. My case in IPC 354.
Like i came to know there will be the stage where court will cross exam the witness. I just want to know what are the possible stages. Any brief idea will help me.
So that i can prepare muself according to it.

well stages of the case is being fixed on the basis on which it is registerted that means if it is registerted in police station than stages will vary to what if the complain has filed in the court .. so first make clear where it has been registred
