Cross-exam. in 498a

Dear friends,

Pl. clarify if  some material   contradiction in 498a girl`s evidence vis-a-vis  Fir before court if not confronted during cross-exam., can it be taken up/pointed out in arguments.Or it will loose its strength legally.

I am not a lawyer , But you have to confront .

If you want then her version is accepted and no scope of argument ater.

Appears you are now at arguments stage.  Cannot weep over spilt milk.  Argue that there are material contraditions between the FIR and deposition before the court and complainant tried to improve her case.  This line of argument has got its merits.

In cross u have to prove that u are ture and complaint not came with clean hand and is false
