cross examination

hi all,

does presence of my lawyer compulsory during my cross examination.

my cross examination is there in divorce case and i have taken noc from her because she never came for any of the stages in my case till now just filed the case papers in section of court.

without my lawyer can I give my cross and at the time of cross of my husband can I introduce my lawyer in the Court.

-it would be ideal advocate who is present at time of your cross, take cross examination of your husband.

by the way you have to introduce advocate at time of your husband's cross examination, then what is wrong in introducing at time of your cross.

- ideally till your advocate do not accampny you judge will not permit to do so.

-it is not required advocate to be present during your case, but as he has to take base on your cross for further case.

i will advice to accompany advocate during your cross.
