I have submitted vakalatnama and written reply to CRPC 125.
Next stage is evidence of petitioner.
After that Cross Examination will be done.
Can I be permitted to ask few Question in Cross Examination to Petitioner?
OR
By Law, Only an advocate appointed for defending my CRPC 125 is allowed to Cross Examine her?
