Respected Counsels,
During the cross examination of PW1 in 498A, whenever the defense lawyer asked about confirmation of date of occurance, other questions which related to the dates, she keeps saying I do not remember the dates..... But in her statements she mentioned dates...
Is this useful for the accused?

Dear Counsels,
When the cross examination is going on during the lunch, the masgirate has stopped ietween cross examination and given the next adjunment date, so PW1 went out . So is this is good for the Accused and PW1 had counsels team in their college.
So kindly advise us.

Is it permissible for court to give next date in between the cross examination? It's like opening all the cards.
