+++ Cross by accused’s lawyer of complainant on 31.03.2010:

On the day when the loan was given to accused I was in the company, in my attention/remembrance ( Mere Dhyan Me in hindi), I was not in the court.
It was wrong that at the time of loan I was present in court and not present in company.
It was wrong that loan was not given to accused in front of me.
….
But when complainant came office, it was found that on that day, he was also present in the court to attend the hearing of another cases.
Now we (complainant) want to get it corrected that the complainant was also present in the court on that day, but on different point of time. Next date of hearing is 12042012.
Please guide.
