Crpc 313/342

I have deposed my Statement under Crpc 313 (Crpc 342) in 498A & 406 case after evidence was closed but now the Counsel of lady for 498A & 406 has given an application that I should be again asked to depose my statement under 313 (342) as earlier proper procedure was not followed. Can he file such application,is that application maintainable.
