I have a small query on divorce under ground section 12 a(impotency of spouse)
Normally when will wife file the CRPC125 for maintainence...after filing divorce or before filing divorce?
Is there any relation to this section to divorce?
if i file divorce in X location and she belongs to Y location and presently i am staying in Z location..where she will file CRPC125 in case if she is eligible?
Please provide all your suggestions..
