Cst number required for us

Hai sir.......... We are vat dealers in the andhra pradesh. we dothe intra state purchases and sales. We don't have CST registration. Can we do the interstate purchases without CST registration and waybill is not required for us. The supplier has delivered the goods to our address on directly .
