1. During the current COVID-19 scenario and in the overall interest of Safety & Health and to avoid risk to other members, Society can impose certain restrictions, as it deems fit, in the overall interest of the Society residents.

In my understanding, the Society has no such powers. Of course, it can persuade, but compliance cannot but be voluntary.

Except for Government, under given circumstances of exigency, no one can restrict the freedom of citizens. However, when we are in a society, it is always proper to follow a discipline laid down by members in the larger public interest.

The Managing Committee of the Society has no power to impose "curfew" or relaxation in "curfew".
Somehow the Society is restricting movement of residents as directed by local authorities, which is a preventive measure to contain pendemic.
