My sister got murdered by her in-laws in 2013 & the case is in process u/s 302 & 304-B & 120-B. Her son aged about 4 years is living with us since then. Now, after two years, I want to take his permanent custody & want to give him my name. Since, his grandfather is no more & father & grandmother is in imprisonment, Please let me know whether I can get his custody legally.. ??
