Hi,
There is a Cyber Case registered on 2008 in chennai, on complaint of a company in mumbai, where Section 420,468,471 of IPC and Section 66 and 72 of IT act is stamped on the accused.
After 2 years and 9 months, police referred the case to court and served notice to the accused for his/her appearance.
In the meanwhile, no chargesheet, final report was given to the accused, my guess is that they wouldn't even have filed chargesheet or final report in the court. if so done, they would have done recently only, after which the notice have been served to the accused.
Now, i need your knowledge to be exposed on this matter, as to what remedies are available to the accused in the above mentioned case scenario?
