Daughter in law claim on property

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Me & my wife stay with my mother & father. we have one six months child.

We had abouth three years for marriage. Still my wife doesnot adjust with my family members. Three times she left home as well. Me & my parents are always in tension from last three years.

I am having fear that she may take step of divorse.

My father & mother has purchased some imovable property on their name when my father was in service & recently one agri land (all on my parents name, except one small peice of agriland on my name)

I want to know, in case if divorse is granted between my wife & me, whether she can claim her right on property which actually belong to my father & mother (seperately)

If yes then kindly help me out to avoid this situation, like transfering the property to my sisters etc.

Regards,

Prashant

Thanks Jain Bhai,

I would also like to know about the property which is on my name, whether can I sell it so that she can not claim on it.

2 options 4 saving property if its in ur name

1) Sell it

2) Gift it by gift-deed transfer
