Daughters entitlement to fathers property

Hello,

We are in total 3 children, (2 daughters and 1 son). Son and one daughter is married, another daughter is not married. My parents wants to leave the house to the son. My father acquired the house from his father, he made a sale deed and bought it from his father. For sure my father will make a will favouring my brother. We are catholics and the property is in Mangalore. Am I and my sister entitled to a share?

I am willign to consult personally as well. please ping me.

Thanks

Your father has the full and inviolable right to give his self-acquired property to absolutely anyone, in part or in whole.

The property was owned by my grandfather originally. The sale deed was done to avoid future claims by my grand fathers other children.

My parents are old fashioned and want all the property to be passed on to the son. This is done to avoid the daughters getting any share, so that it passes on to the son only. Is there no law to protect the female right to inheritance?

No there is no such law in respect to self-acquired property.
