Death of a loan taker

Dear Sir,

              I have guaranteed a loan to another person. But the Loan taker has died. i have not given any documents except my Income Tax Return Copies for the Guarantee. what is my position now.. please help me..

They. Issue noticeto repay loan for lrs ofdeceased .then afterwards urs term if they refuse to clear loan.or they may proceed against u after.cleRance of loan u can file suit for recovery of loan against lrs of deceased .
