Debts of father deceased now

Hi

A person taken loan from me, made pronote and given PDC. Now he passed away. What should I do to recover this? He has major son and married daughters. A 2BHK is in his name

1. PRO-NOTE IS VALID FOR THREE YEARS ONLY. 

2. THE LOAN WAS GIVEN BY CASH OR CHEQUE

3. THE TIME GAP BETWEEN LOAN TAKEN AND DEATH OF PERSON

4. WHETHER HE IS DISCLOSED THE LOAN DETAILS TO HIS FAMILY MEMBERS

5. PDC CHEQUE DATES

ALL THE ABOVE IS REQUIRED BEFORE GIVING OPINION

When was the pro note executed and who are the witnesses in the pro note. How was the money paid whether by cash or cheque .

Recovery can be made from his properties which he left behind and which the legal heirs can  inherit.
